Congratulations on your purchase of the COBB Tuning BPV! The following instructions will assist you through the installation process. Please read them BEFORE beginning the install to familiarize yourself with the steps and tools needed. If you feel you cannot properly perform this installation, we HIGHLY recommend you take the vehicle to a qualified and experienced automotive technician.

Tools Needed

Sockets

3/8"

3/8" ratchet
3/8" 12" extension
3/8" 6" extension
3/8" 10mm socket
3/8" 12mm socket

Hand Tools

Needlenose pliers

Stock BPV Removal

Remove the two 10mm bolts holding the intercooler cover in place.
Remove the hose clamp holding the manifold reference line in place and remove the line.
Undo the hose clamp holding the recirculation tube in place.
Remove the two 12mm bolts holding the BPV in place

COBB BPV Installation

Slide the gasket into place on the BPV and install the bolts hand tight.
Torque down the two bolts holding the BPV in place.
Install the manifold reference line

If you need to adjust the top fitting, re-torque it to 60 in-lbs
Install the hose clamps onto the vacuum line.
Install the recirculation hose and clamp it in place.
Reinstall the intercooler cover and the two 10mm bolts.
You're all done! Go out and enjoy.
