Congratulations on your purchase of the COBB Tuning BPV! The following instructions will assist you through the installation process. Please read them BEFORE beginning the install to familiarize yourself with the steps and tools needed. If you feel you cannot properly perform this installation, we HIGHLY recommend you take the vehicle to a qualified and experienced automotive technician.

6mm COBB Vacuum Hose
Zip Ties
Paper Gasket

Tools Needed

Sockets

3/8"

3/8" ratchet
3/8" 6" extension
3/8" 10mm socket

Hand Tools

Needlenose pliers

Stock BPV Removal

Locate your BPV
Remove the boost reference line from the nipple on the vacuum actuator (Check your factory one for leaks, this is a common problem on this car and can cause issues with compressor surge)
Remove the two 10mm bolts on either side of the BPV
Squeeze the factory spring clamp and pull the bpv free.

COBB BPV Installation

Squeeze the factory spring clamp and push the new COBB BPV in place.
Place the provided gasket between the BPV and Intercooler before tightening down the stock 10mm bolts.
Connect the vacuum reference.

Install the manifold reference line
Start it up and check for vacuum leaks.
