846600 - COBB Isolator Bushing

Fits any intercooler requiring a 45668AA000 OEM Subaru bushing.

Congratulations on your purchase of the COBB Tuning Isolator Bushing! The following instructions will assist you through the installation process. Please read them BEFORE beginning the install to familiarize yourself with the steps and tools needed. If you feel you cannot properly perform this installation, we HIGHLY recommend you take the vehicle to a qualified and experienced automotive technician.

Tools Needed

Sockets

3/8"

• 3/8" ratchet

• 3/8" 6" extension

• 3/8" 12mm socket

Hand Tools

• 5mm Allen Key

Isolator Installation

1. Using a 12mm socket, remove the bolt through your top mount intercooler on each side.
   
   

   
   
   

2. Gently pry the metal insert out, and squeeze the stock bushing to remove it from the bracket.
   
   

    

    

3. Squeeze the new COBB bushing and slide it into place.
   
   

   
   
   

4. Insert the aluminum isolator sleeve into the bushing
   
   

   
   
   

5. Slide the provided Allen bolt in and tighten it down using a 5mm Allen bolt.
   
   

   
   
   

6. You’re all done! Go out and enjoy!
   
   

   
   
   

CARB Sticker Application

(Where Applicable)

1. Apply the supplied CARB sticker in a clear, easy to find location.  Typically underhood, or on the radiator core support.
