2017 - 2020 Ford F150 Raptor

 

Congratulations on your purchase of the COBB Tuning F150 Raptor Accessport Mount! The following instructions will assist you through the installation process. Please read them BEFORE beginning the install to familiarize yourself with the steps and tools needed. If you feel you cannot properly perform this installation, we HIGHLY recommend you take the vehicle to a qualified and experienced automotive technician.

 

 

 

Parts List

  • Dual T Accessport Harness Adapter

  • Aluminum Spacer

  • Ball Mount Adapter

  • Mount Shaft

  • m6 x 1 75mm long stainless bolt

  • m6 washer

  • m5 Allen Key

 

Hand Tools

  • Trim removal tool

  • 3/8" ratchet

  • 3/8" 10mm socket

 

 

Accessport Mounting

  1. Using your trim tool remove the cover over the lower bolt hole.

        

        




  2. Using your 10mm socket remove the lower bolt.

  3. Place the washer onto the bolt, then pass on the ball socket (with the ball facing outward) then the spacer.

        




  4. Install this assembly into the bolt hole using your provided M5 hex key.




  5. now loosen up the clamp and install it over the socket on the vehicle side and install the t-adapter before tightening it down a little ways.

        




  6. Now Position it out of the way of the levers and steering wheel.

  7. You're all done!  Go out and enjoy!
