I am seeing 0.1V in my datalog

This voltage fault means that it is taking too long for the sensor data to reach the module.  Typically this is a situation where you would need to check your connection to the sensor and ensure none of the wires are worn through.  If it only momentarily drops to 0.1V and then goes up it may indicate an issue with the fuel sensor itself.
