Accessport Functions

  • You can check and reset your Check Engine Light and various DTC codes (transmission and chassis modules).
  • You can use the AccessPORT to view various engine data with the Live Data function.
  • The AccessPORT can be used to measure and record 0-60 MPH and ¼ mile performance.

Live Data Parameters

  • Battery Volt - Battery Voltage
  • Vehicle Speed - Vehicle Speed
  • Cal. Gear - Indicated Gear Selected.  This value is calculated based off speed and RPM.  In an automatic transmission this value is derived directly from the transmission
  • MAF - Mass Airflow Sensor reading in grams per second of airflow.
  • Time Period, MAF - Maf sensor frequency in microseconds.  The smaller the number, the higher the airflow reading is.
  • RPM - Revolutions per minute of the engine
  • Req. Idle - RPM being requested by the ECU to target idle.
  • At Idle - On or Off value indicating idle targets are being used.
  • TPS Act. - Throttle Position % actual.  The percentage the throttle plate is opening.  Useful for seeing if pedal position sensor and throttle position do not match.
  • TPS Internal - TPS internal is the value given to the ECU by the throttle pedal or pedal position sensor.
  • Baro Pressure - Measure of barometric pressure used for adjusting the map for environmental conditions.
  • MAP - Manifold Absolute Pressure.
  • Req. Boost - The amount of absolute manifold pressure requested by the ECU
  • Bst. Mult Adapt - Factor used by ECU to determine and control boost.
  • Boost Ctrl Act. - The on and off value used to determine if the ECU is actively controlling boost
  • BPV Act - Indicates if the ECU has activated the electronic bypass valve
  • WGDC - The current wastegate duty cycle
  • Boost PID Corr. - Correction factor for the boost control system
  • Timing CA - Ignition timing reported by the ECU that represents ignition timing across all cylinders
  • Torque - A calculated value used for various requests for boost pressure etc.
  • ECT - Engine Coolant Temp
  • Oil Temp - Engine Oil Temperature
  • ECU Temp - Temperature of the ECU
  • Amb. Temp - Temperature of the outside Air
  • Cam. Ang. Req. - Vanos Cam Angle Target the ECU is requesting
  • Cam Angle - Actual Vanos Cam Angle.
  • Fuel Pressure - Pressure at the fuel rail.
  • Fuel Pres. Reg. - ECU's requested fuel pressure at the fuel rail
  • Lam. Setpoint - Air Fuel Ratio being requested by ECU
  • Lambda Act. - Lambda on or off
  • O2 Sen1 - Voltage of front wide band O2 sensor
  • O2 Sen2 - Voltage of rear narrow band O2 Sensor
  • Knock Flags - Shows a 1 when ECU determines any level of knock has occurred
  • Cyl1 Knock - Knock Sensor Voltage for Cylinder 1
  • Cyl2 Knock - Knock Sensor Voltage for Cylinder 2
  • Cyl3 Knock - Knock Sensor Voltage for Cylinder 3
  • Cyl4 Knock - Knock Sensor Voltage for Cylinder 4
  • STFT - Short term fuel trim, a constantly adjusting paramater depending on AFR target at any time
  • LTFT - Long Term Fuel Trim.  The parameter to indicate larger global changes required for fueling changes
  • Boost - Shows intake manifold pressure and vacuum
  • Req. Bst Delta - Difference in requested and actual boost.  If the value is too large a limp mode can occur
  • Lambda Model - Monitor shows the internal lambda model being used
  • Intake Mani. Temp - Temperature of air entering the engine.  Taken after the intercooler.
  • Load Per Cyl. - Actual Engine Load
  • Load Requested - Engine load being requested by the ECU
  • Torque Requested - Torque value being requested by the ECU
  • EGT (Mani.) - Exhaust Gas Temperature.  This value is calculated by the ECU using RPM, TIming, Boost and other temp parameters.  Not actual EGT
  • Timing Conv. Div.
  • Torque Efficiency
  • Timing Cyl. 1 - Actual Ignition timing for cylinder 1.  Will vary from actual ignition timing.
  • Timing Cyl. 2 - Actual Ignition timing for cylinder 2.  Will vary from actual ignition timing.
  • Timing Cyl. 3 - Actual Ignition timing for cylinder 3.  Will vary from actual ignition timing.
  • Timing Cyl. 4 - Actual Ignition timing for cylinder 4.  Will vary from actual ignition timing.
