Typically if you are seeing 0 volts there are only a few options.  First, all of the electrical connections must be plugged in for the unit to function.  If it is all plugged in make sure no fuses are blown and that the supplied voltage is adequate.  Lastly ensure everything is grounded properly and that all factory engine grounds are still in place.  If nothing is in error or visibly broken, reach out to the COBB Customer Support team for further assistance.
