Coolant Cover Installation

  1. Cut the strip of foam tape to fit across the top piece lining up with the small cross piece in the cutout.

  2. If necessary rotate the clamp around in order to get it as low as possible. Make sure not to rotate the hose itself, as that can cause undue stress on the line.

  3. Loosen the two 10mm bolts slightly then slip the cutouts in the bottom edge of the coolant cover between the vehicle and the coolant bottle.

  4. Line the cutout up with the lid so it looks even.

  5. Stick your socket through the cutout and tighten down the coolant bottle again.

  6. You're all done!  Go out and enjoy!
