COBB Custom Features: Porsche 981 / 991 AUX Output Control
The Porsche Experts over at COBB Tuning have added in a new set of tables that can allow you to use the ECU to control a binary auxiliary output (on/off) directly on the ECU. This can be used to automatically turn on or off a circuit with a 12v signal.
How To Enable:
In order to get this all to work, you'll want to take a wire from the item you wish to switch, and put it into pin B93 of the ECU. Once complete with the physical Installation and applicable wiring go into the Auxiliary Output Tables in your Accesstuner Pro HL software. Change the Activate Sound Symposer Output to 1 in order to activate the feature. Use the SS AUX Output tables in order to control when you want the output to activate or deactivate.
If you have the optional Sound Symposer, it will no longer work when using this feature.
Steps to Use:
Auxiliary Output Tales: Activate Sound Symposer Output
This table activates the ability to use these tables to control the AUX output.
Units:
A value of 0 deactivates it, and a value of 1 will set it to active
SS AUX Output 0-5
This table controls when and where the system is activated based on engine RPM and the measurement of Airflow. You can adjust both the x and y axis in order to best suit your needs. Tables 0-2 control regular mode and 3-5 will be for sport mode behavior.
Units:
X Axis - This axis is RPM or engine speed with the table allowing for a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 8160.
Y Axis - The Y Axis is airflow measured in MG/STK (milligrams per stroke) the table will allow a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 2778.
Z Axis - The Z axis of the table should be set as 0 for off or 1 for on.
