Congratulations on your purchase of the COBB Tuning Bypass Valve Adapter Kit. The following instructions will assist you through your installation process. Please read them first BEFORE beginning the install and familiarize yourself with the steps and tools needed. If you feel that you cannot properly perform this installation, we HIGHLY recommend you take the vehicle to a qualified and experienced automotive technician.

Tools Needed

Flat Head Screwdriver
Phillips Head Screwdriver
12mm 3/8" Socket
3/8" Ratchet
3/8" 18" Socket Extension

Install BPV Adapter

You can either install the adapter onto the hose in place on the car, or remove hose from the car and assemble it prior to installation in the car. Either way make sure your hose clamps are all loose by using a flat blade screwdriver or 8mm socket.
Install the adapter into the tubing.
Attach the BPV to the BPV adapter reusing your OEM BPV gasket and and the m8 hardware along with a 12mm socket/wrench.
If you removed the vacuum line from the BPV during the process reinstall it onto the bpv.
