  1. Open a CCF Gen 3 File

  2. Under the FILE heading, select Import Tables From Map. You’ll be presented with a list of table differences, go ahead and import those to your new map file.

  3. At this time, once the import is done, you’ll want to review the changes made to make sure nothing was missed. Sometimes if table sizes are different or the datatype has changed tables won’t be copied at all (or incorrectly). This is more common when comparing or importing between model years or different vehicles. It’s a good idea to do this comparison with two different windows of ATP in the event that the incompatibility that makes the changes not import, says that the tables are identical with the compare function when they are not.

  4. You’ll need to set values for the new NexGen Flex Fuel tables.
Custom Sensor Input Activation (0 = Disabled, 1 = Enabled)

    Custom Sensor Input Calibration

    Custom Sensor Input Smoothing Factor

    Ethanol Sensor Activation

Ethanol Sensor Concentration Override Always (0 = Disable, 1 = Enable)

Ethanol Sensor Concentration Override Always (0 = Disable, 1 = Enable)

Flex Fuel Feature Activation (0 = Disable, 1 = Enable)

Fuel Pressure Activation (0 = Sensor Disabled, 1 = Enable)

Fuel Pressure Differential Feature (0 = Disable, 1 = Enable)

A Note about A/B Table Group behavior when importing

  • For any maps that previously supported Flex Fuel (enabled or otherwise), Flex Fuel Table Group A values from the old map will import into Table Group A in the new definition (and the same goes for Table Group B).

  • For any maps that did not previously support Flex Fuel (older “MAF” maps as an example), Flex Fuel Table Group A values will be copied into Table Group B upon “Upgrading” the map. This is done by opening the older map from within the newer vehicle definition. Importing the map will not perform this copy function because the B tables do not exist in the base map.
